STEP 2

Email your form and e-transfer $50 to kanatajr@gmail.com
The membership cannot be substituted or transferred over if you are unable to attend a session or become injured.

PAYMENT METHODS

The membership fee for Sunday at Paul Desmarais High School is $50
from April 14 to June 16, 2024.

    Put the player's name on the message line of your e-transfer to indicate that for whom your money is paying for.

    We don't accept cash or cheques anymore.

COACHING Classes
