For the 2014-2015 season, the KJBC will continue to offer the following coaching programs to members of the KJBC. Sessions will run in 8 week periods. The Fall training session started on September 12, 2014 and ended on Nov 14. The Winter session started on Dec 12, 2014 and ended on Feb 27, 2015. The Spring session will start on March 6, 2015 for the following 8 lessons.
Beginners
For players just starting out and looking to work on basic stroke development and footwork.
Times: 6-6:30pm or 6:30-7pm (Players will still have 30 minutes for free play available)
Coach:Silvesta Ng
Cost: $30/child for 8 classes
Intense / Advance
For players looking to work on advanced techniques, strategy and gameplay. Suited for players looking to excel in tournaments (District, Provincial and National level athletes along with athletes striving to attend OFSSA)
Time: | 7-9:15pm (90 minutes on court training and drills, 45 minutes off-court training, discussions (covering advanced techniques, concepts, and strategies), and cool-down/stretching) |

Shuttles: | Used feather shuttles will be provided for most drills. Players may be required to supply an occasional new shuttle for specific drills (likely no more than one per class). |
Intermediate / Advance
For players looking to further develop their strokes and footwork and work on more advanced techniques. Introduction to basic strategy and gameplay.
Time: 7-8 pm or 8:30-9:30pm (Players will still have 30 minutes for free play time with friends)
Coach: Corey Hum / Raymond Zhang
Cost: $50/player for 8 weeks
Note: Coach Thuy Pham will not be available to coach after the winter term due to his busy schedule at work. Coach Raymond Zhang will take his place.
