The ODBA Spring General meeting was held on May 30, 2026 at the Richcraft Recreation Complex , 4101 Innovation Drive, Ottawa On K2K 0J3. Representatives from the following badminton clubs were in attendance:

The RA Badminton Club president Ian Bishop conducted the nomination committee which was consisted of the president of the Hunt Club Badminton Club, Jocelyn Doire, and the President of Kanayta Adult Badminton Club, Bruce Liao and completed the election for the new board of 2025-2026.
