Important Dates to remember

ODBA Affiliation Payment Dates:

Clubs affiliated with ODBA

Every year, ODBA will collect the first affiliation payment on or before the end of October based on the number of members the club have at that time. It will determine the club voting power at the Fall AGM on the first Sunday of November. The second and final payment for the season will be collected before Mid-February which will cover the additional members that have joined after October.

Don't forget to email the updated club member list to odbaweb@gmail.com.

ODBA Shuttle Purchase Dates:

  • The bulk purchase order will be collected from all affiliated clubs once a year from June 1 to July 25.
  • The shuttles will be delivered at the end of August before the new season starts.
