The world Masters Games 2013 was held in Turin Italy. Ian is a member of the “Pencil Necks” a US based Masters team who also won the World Masters Games Team 2013 event in the 65+ category. Ian Bishop was the only player from Ottawa to participate this event. He has won the gold medal in the 65+ Singles, and finished in 3rd-4th in XD65 with Andrea Weiss of the US.
On Oct 10-18, 2009, Ian made his debut in the international competition. He brought back gold and silver medals from the world Seniors and Masters in Sydney, Australia.
