Important Dates to remember
ODBA Affiliation Payment Dates: Please send in your first payment for the 2017-2018 season on or before October 31, 2017, based on the number of players at that time.
The second and final payment for the season should be made on or before February 15, 2018, covering the additional members that have joined your Club
between your first submission and January 31, 2018.
ODBA Shuttle Purchase Dates:
- The bulk purchace order will be collected from all affiliated clubs once a year by July 25.
- The shuttles will be delivered at the end of August before the new season starts.
- ODBA Board of Directors meeting - April 9, 2018 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Kanata.
- ODBA Spring General Meeting - April 15, 2018 (Sunday) from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at the Courtside-A room in RA center
- ODBA Fall General Meeting - Nov 4, 2018 (Sunday) from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at the Courtside-A room in RA center
